What do I need?

  • Free Weights

The recommended starting weights for a beginner is 5 lbs. We encourage the weight to increase with physical ability.

  • Water
It is very important to be fully hydrated prior to exercise, as your muscles will be better lubricated for performance. Additionally, drink small amounts of water frequently during exercise to maintain proper hydration.
  • Yoga Mat
  • Its important to wear comfortable gym clothes, running shoes.
